1. About TriTactic

TriTactic helps triathletes organize, analyze, simulate, and prepare race plans, including pacing, fueling, hydration, course information, equipment, transitions, race-week preparation, race-day logistics, and related race preparation information.

This Privacy Policy applies to the TriTactic mobile application, website, and related services operated by Artur Kryshka ("TriTactic", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Information You Provide

Account Information

When you create or use a TriTactic account, we may process information such as:

• Account or user identifier
• Authentication-related information

Authentication credentials may be handled by authentication infrastructure or service providers and are not intended to be stored by TriTactic in readable form.

Athlete and Race Information

To create or analyze a personalized race plan, you may choose to provide information such as:

• Expected or target race times
• Swimming pace
• Cycling speed
• Cycling power information
• FTP or similar cycling performance inputs
• Running pace
• Transition estimates
• Athlete experience level
• Body weight, if voluntarily provided

• Nutrition information
• Gear and packing information

We use this information to provide and personalize the race-planning features you request.

Files and Information You Choose to Import

If you use an import or upload feature, TriTactic may process files or information that you intentionally provide, such as course files, GPX data, race information, course information, or other race-planning materials.

3. Information Collected When You Use TriTactic

TriTactic and the service providers used to operate the application may process limited technical and service information necessary to provide and maintain the app.

Depending on the services and features being used, this may include:

• Application version
• Device platform
• Operating system information
• Internal account or service identifiers
• Purchase status
• Subscription status
• Entitlement status
• Transaction identifiers
• Technical diagnostic information
• Error information necessary to operate or troubleshoot the service

We do not use this information to build third-party behavioral advertising profiles.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

Purchases made through the iOS version of TriTactic are processed through Apple's App Store.

TriTactic does not receive or store your complete credit-card, debit-card, or other payment-card details.

We use RevenueCat to help manage in-app purchases, subscriptions, purchase entitlements, transaction information, and access to purchased TriTactic functionality.

TriTactic purchase options may include products such as Race Pass and Season Pro.

5. AI-Powered Features

TriTactic may provide AI-powered functionality, including features such as AI Race Analyst and AI-generated explanations related to race planning and analysis.

When you choose to use a personalized AI feature, relevant portions of your race information may be processed through Rork AI Cloud, operated by Rork, Inc. in order to generate the analysis, explanation, or other functionality you requested.

Rork AI Cloud may use underlying third-party artificial intelligence model providers to process AI requests. The specific underlying model or provider may vary depending on the functionality, availability, and technical configuration of the service.

Information processed as part of an AI request may include relevant portions of:

• Race information
• Pacing information
• Cycling performance inputs
• Fueling information
• Hydration information
• Course information
• Race preparation information
• Other information necessary to provide the requested AI feature

TriTactic is designed to send only information reasonably necessary to provide the requested AI functionality.

Before personal information is shared for personalized AI processing, TriTactic will provide appropriate disclosure and request permission where required.

Where appropriate, TriTactic uses deterministic calculations for mathematical and structured race-plan checks. AI functionality is primarily intended to explain, summarize, organize, or prioritize race-planning information.

6. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

• Provide and operate TriTactic
• Create personalized race plans
• Save personalized race plans
• Calculate pacing and race strategy
• Create fueling and hydration plans
• Provide Race Simulator functionality
• Perform Race Audit checks
• Provide AI-powered explanations when requested

• Maintain the security and reliability of TriTactic

7. Service Providers

We use third-party service providers to operate certain parts of TriTactic.

Apple

Apple provides App Store distribution and processes purchases made through the iOS application.

RevenueCat

RevenueCat helps TriTactic manage in-app purchases, subscriptions, entitlements, transaction information, and access to purchased functionality.

Rork AI Cloud

Rork AI Cloud, operated by Rork, Inc., provides cloud and AI functionality used by certain TriTactic features.

Rork AI Cloud may use underlying third-party AI model providers when processing AI requests.

Other Infrastructure Providers

TriTactic may also use service providers for functionality such as hosting, authentication, database storage, cloud infrastructure, security, technical operations, and related services necessary to operate the application.

Service providers may process information as reasonably necessary to provide their respective services, subject to applicable agreements, terms, privacy commitments, and legal requirements.

8. Sale of Personal Information

TriTactic does not currently sell users' personal information.

TriTactic does not currently sell personal information to data brokers.

9. Advertising and Tracking

TriTactic does not currently use personal information for third-party behavioral advertising.

TriTactic does not currently track users across apps or websites owned by other companies for advertising purposes.

If these practices change in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and applicable platform privacy disclosures before those practices are introduced where required.

10. Data Storage and Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide TriTactic and the functionality requested by users.

Information may also be retained when reasonably necessary to:

• Maintain your account and saved race plans
• Maintain purchase and entitlement information
• Comply with legal obligations
• Resolve disputes
• Maintain service security
• Prevent fraud or abuse
• Protect the rights and safety of users and the service

When information is no longer reasonably necessary for these purposes, it may be deleted or anonymized.

Certain transaction, legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or related records may be retained where required or permitted by applicable law.

Users with a TriTactic account may request deletion of their account and associated personal information.

Where available, account deletion may be initiated directly from the TriTactic application through the account or settings section.

Account deletion is designed to remove or anonymize information associated with the account, including personalized races, saved race plans, race preparation information, and other user-created information, except information that we are required or permitted to retain for legal, transaction, security, fraud-prevention, or similar legitimate purposes.

TriTactic is a sports planning, race planning, and race preparation tool.

Information relating to pacing, cycling power, fueling, hydration, sodium, preparation, course strategy, simulation, and AI-generated explanations is intended for informational and planning purposes.

TriTactic does not provide medical diagnoses, medical treatment, emergency medical services, or individualized medical advice.

Individual needs, environmental conditions, physical responses, and performance may vary.

Users should use appropriate judgment and seek advice from qualified medical, nutritional, coaching, or other professionals where appropriate.

17. Children's Privacy

TriTactic is not specifically designed or marketed as a children's application.

We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
